With more than ten years' experience in real estate in the Grand Duchy, we have many data and comparative studies of the market in your city or district, such as the latest properties sold or put up for sale recently for example. The proximity of shops, schools, public transport, leisure facilities and parking facilities are all general criteria that will influence property prices in a given region.
In addition to these global data, we consider much more specific criteria: the specific features of your home such as surface area, general condition, equipments and quality, room distribution, floor layout, view... All this information will allow us to adjust the price per square meter of your property more precisely.
